MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED, BUT I AM NOT GETTING UPDATES?

Once your order is accepted by us, processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your order online. There is currently a 1-2 day delay between the status of an order being updated on the website, as this is done by the carrier and this service is currently unavailable.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR MY CANCELLED/RETURNED ORDER?

If you have requested a return for your order, refunds can only be processed when we received your returned item(s) and have been inspected by our quality assurance team. Once confirmed that the item(s) is eligible for a return we will facilitate the refund. Our Return Policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
