What happens to my voucher if I return my order or if (part of) my order is cancelled?

• Promotion codes are single-use and only valid within a certain period of time. 
• Some full-priced items might be excluded from all promotions. 
• Tips: Check the Terms and Conditions of the promotion codes before applying, and double check your order value before checking out. If it doesn’t look right, feel free to contact our customer service here for assistance.
• If you return an order where a promotion code has been used, the promotion code will not be replaced. 
• Upon a successful return, your refund will be issued at the percentage price as calculated by adidas and not the full price.
• If your order is cancelled immediately, your original promotion code may be re-enabled to be used again. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service here. We will issue you a new promotion code to match the original promotion code. 

• Most of our dollar amount vouchers is one-off, which means you can only redeem it once and in one transaction only. Any unused amount will not be refunded.
• If you return an item/order where a dollar amount voucher has been used, your refund will be issued at the percentage price as calculated by adidas and not the full price. 
• If your order is cancelled by adidas, we will issue a new voucher to match the original voucher value, so that you can use it for your next purchase.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, bank credit or store credit.

• Some promotion codes and vouchers are online exclusive, which means they cannot be redeemed in-store and vice versa. 
• Unfortunately, we are not able to replace a lost or stolen voucher code.
• adidas reserves the right to refuse, modify or invalidate any adidas vouchers that are suspected of fraud, abuse or issued in an incorrect denomination. Associated orders will also be cancelled.
